Measuring 14′ long x 7′ wide x 5.5′ tall, this dumpster can fit well in most driveways. Dumpster prices start at only $295.00.
20-Yard Dumpsters
A 20-yard dumpster disposes of about 9 pickup truck loads or 3 tons of debris. Construction dumpsters of this size are suitable for entire house demolitions and commercial jobs. Despite measurements of 16′ long x 7′ wide x 6.5′ tall, this dumpster is easy to move around your construction site or space at home and can still fit most driveways. We Offer Flat Rate Pricing!
For your convenience, we offer flat-rate pricing on all our dumpster rentals. This includes:
- Dumpster drop-off
- A nominal fee of $10.00 per day for additional days
- Between 1.5 – 3 tons of debris included (depending on the size of the dumpster).
- Additional weight will cost $65.00 per ton
- Dumpster pick-up
Additional Fees:
When you rent a residential dumpster, you may be charged additional fees such as:
- Additional Weight: Any weight above the budgeted amount for your dumpster will be charged additionally at a rate of $65.00/ton.
- Additional Days: Any days needed above the budgeted 7 days will be charged additionally at a rate of $10.00/day.
Any additional fees are charged to your card the day we pick up your roll-off dumpster.

Tips for Loading Your Rental Dumpster
Be Safe!
Load the dumpster as evenly as possible. Never load the dumpster above the “Maximum Fill Line” or above the actual height of the dumpster. Overloading a dumpster can pose a public safety risk. When an overloaded dumpster is in motion, items can fly out, creating obstructions in the roadway and possibly striking other vehicles.
Never Overload
Keep in mind that the lifting capacity of a truck is about 7 tons. Dumpsters too heavy to lift may be charged a trip charge. A new pickup date can be set once the excess materials are removed from the dumpster.
