How fast can I get a dumpster delivered or serviced?
We offer next day service. At times we may be able to slide in same day service.
What size dumpsters do you offer?
10 Yard, 15 Yard (Most Popular), and 20 Yard
How long is the dumpster rental period?
We offer our homeowners about double the time of most competitors. We have a 7-Day rental period with a very competitive $10.00/day rental fee for each additional day.
Do you automatically come pick up the dumpster?
Yes, we will setup a set pickup date exactly 7-days following the delivery. If you need it longer, just let us know up front or call any time prior to your pickup date to reschedule. Pickup dates falling on a holiday or weekend will be picked up on the very next business day.
What can I and can't I put in the dumpster?
Please reference our Terms & Conditions page. This gives a very detailed description on what items are prohibited, items that need to be handled separately, and what items that may come with an additional charge.
Is there a weight limit?
Yes, there are weight limits based on the size of dumpster.
- 10 Yard Dumpster – 1.5 Tons
- 5 Yard Dumpster – 2 Tons
- 20 Yard Dumpster – 3 Tons
Do you use any protective mats for driveways?
Absolutely, unlike some of our competitors, we bring along our own mats for your driveway. No need to worry about being onsite for the delivery or setting aside materials for us to use.
What are your payment options for dumpster rentals?
Our only payment method for dumpster rentals is by Credit Card. We must keep a credit card on file and the flat rate fee will be charged on the day of delivery. You will receive a payment receipt following the charge.

What areas do you service for junk removal?
Wake, Franklin, Granville, Vance, and Durham counties.
My schedule is crazy and I am not home during your normal business hours. What should I do?
No sweat, we can arrange Saturday pickups and cleanouts. Contact us to coordinate a date that works best for you.
How big is your truck?
How big of a truck do you need? Unlike our competitors we have a wide range of sizes to ensure your needs are met efficiently. We have trucks that can hold 10, 15, and 20 cubic yards of junk! We dispatch the most effective truck for the job.
What items do you remove?
Our team will haul off nearly everything with the exception of medical waste, hazardous waste, fuel, oil, and other bulk flammables. We will remove about everything else. Our team removes a wider variety of items over our competitors.
Does my junk have to be placed by the curb?
No, in most cases we’re able to remove your junk from anywhere in your home or business. Price breaks are given when junk is easily accessible (within 20 level feet of our truck).
How do you charge for junk removal?
Our pricing is typically based off the volume of junk and how much room it takes in our trucks. We’re able to give a quoted price for simple pickups. Some labor-intensive cleanups may need to be charged on an hourly basis.
How do I pay and what forms of payment do you accept for junk removal?
We only accept credit and debit cards. Card information will be collected at the time of scheduling your service. Agreed upon amounts will be charged at time of service.
